For church groups, school groups, community groups, and more! Our well-trained staff
can provide a venue, catering, and program that suits your needs. Whether you want an
exciting, fun-filled weekend, or a quiet, restful retreat, Circle Square Ranch is the ideal
location for your event of 20 –200 people.
Situated on over 135 acres of beautiful, rolling countryside, Circle Square Ranch Grand
River provides a variety of accommodation options and meeting facilities, fully catered
with your choice of delicious menu items. Your event can also include our range of
supervised recreational, educational, and adventurous activities, including horseback
riding, archery, climbing wall and more!
Retreat bookings are open from September to June.
July and August are reserved for our summer camp program.
Retreat Packages & Rates
A typical weekend retreat runs from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon and includes:
- Use of selected accommodation and meeting facilities
- 2 breakfasts, lunch and dinner
- 2 evening snacks and use of campfire
- Optional: your choice of up to 4 activities (view seasonal activities here)
Weekend Rates:
- Jackson Hall:
- Accommodates up to 107 people in 6-bed bunkrooms with attached bathrooms – $150 per person.
- With up to 4 recreational activities – $170 per person
- The Lodge:
- Accommodates up to 54 people in 4 bunkrooms (18/18/10/6) with separate rooms for chaperones and attached and individual bathroom facilities – $150 per person
- With up to 4 recreational activities – $150.00 per person
- Cabins: (available in warm weather only)
- Each cabin accommodates up to 24 people. Separate bathroom facilities. $105 per person
- With up to 4 recreational activities – $125 per person
Notes:
- Horse riding and high ropes are an additional $20 per person.
- These rates do not include HST
- More than one smaller group may be booked into separate facilities on the same weekend.
- Pricing is based on a per-person rate, with a minimum group charge applied
- Additional meals can be added for (per person): Breakfast $12 | Lunch $15 | Dinner $18.50 | Snack $5

- Accommodates up to 54 people in 4 bunkrooms (18/18/10/6) with separate rooms for chaperones and attached and individual bathroom facilities – $110 per person
- With up to 4 recreational activities – $130.00 per person
- Cabins: (available in warm weather only)
- Each cabin accommodates up to 24 people. Separate bathroom facilities. $95 per person
- With up to 4 recreational activities – $115 per person
